Taylor CLIOD

Today went to Taylor's Lakeside Campus to attend the College Life in One Day - Hospitality programme. Went with Swea Ching, Hui Ping, Sue Ee and Hui Mei. And I saw Huoy Wenn there too! And also Fennie when everything was over. LOL. The whole programme start with a short presentation by 3 lecturers. And I was in Group 1 with the others except for Sue Ee who was in group 4. Wenn was in group 2. Fennie was in Group 3. Huoy Wenn and Sue Ee got to mix their own cocktail. Envy...

Then the activity continued for Group 1 is Fruit Carving. Was quite fun. The chef carved the fruits macam very easy, but when we did it ourself. Damn freakin cacat. HAHA! The only one I was satisfied with is the chili. The apple was a little disaster in the end. xD later on, we went to have our lunch. I had Chicken Rice and Nescafe. (: The cafeteria was really hot and packed!

After lunch, we went for another activity which is hospitality. The lecturer taught us about Front Office in Hotel Management. And we get to do some fake check in's. HAHA! The activity was suppose to go on for an hour and half. But instead the activity took up 2 hours and 10 minutes. The whole CLIOD was suppose to end at 4.30. So later on, when they decide to do the campus tour, many have to go back. Left around 7 people only. The guy said to make our campus tour more interesting, he is going to give us 20 questions about the campus and we're suppose to go round the campus to look for the answers.

So me, Fennie, Hui Mei and Philip form a group while the other 3 girls form a group. Run here and there like mad. Some of the questions were like:

a) Get 3 name cards from the Caunselor.

b) How big is the lake?

c) Take a picture of the 5 restaurants logos...

Philip and Fennie found some their seniors and manage to get some questions answered. Then we went to the office and got a lot of information from there. Went to snap pictures. And quickly rush back. Took us about 1 hour to finish up. We're the first to reach there. YEAH! HAHA! So we got notebooks and bottles for our prize. HAHA! Took picture and went home with a big smile on my face. Exhausted but satisfied. (:
